Discussion:
Patchy fog around the area helped keep temperatures in check this morning, and we are starting out with sunshine around the area. Skies turn partly cloudy this afternoon with just a slight chance of a pop up shower or storm in the afternoon. The better chance for some showers will come tonight, especially in East Central locations, holding temperatures in the mid 40s to low 50s in the marshes overnight. Some patchy fog may develop again tonight. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms look likely on Sunday and Monday before becoming more isolated on Tuesday. Overall this will keep skies mostly cloudy at night with lows dipping down near 40 degrees. Partly cloudy skies return to the area on Wednesday with a slight chance of a pop up shower or storm. If clouds are able to clear back out Wednesday night, there may be some patchy frost in the north, but at this point confidence is low.
Forecast:     **The  forecast low temperature is for vine level**
